Head Sculpture

This was a piece I made featuring a head made of layers of clear acrylic.

The brain is full of some of my personal thoughts, frustrations, and all the other layered emotions that I was going through at the time, written on colored pieces of paper and sealed away inside the sculpture, never to be shared aloud.

It was a very cathartic project to work on; from making the base head for the sculpture, to writing the little scrolls, to assembling the final piece with resin. I love how this came together.
